Today we had cooked oatmeal in milk with some cranberry raisins. We also had a few dried apricots that were very good. I eat the cooked oatmeal almost every morning with milk in it, and sometimes we have raisins in it or even cut up apples. It is always good. Carol sometimes tries to give me other food for a variety, and I eat it being thankful, but I would just as soon eat cooked oatmeal in milk with some kind of fruit in it.
You are correct Crisi in that stress often affects our appetite. We often don't feel hungry while under stress when in reality we need to eat. Not only is our appetite affected, but also we can feel sick because of stress. It can do a lot of things to our bodies. That is hard, Crisi to have that audit hanging over your head. It is like expecting a test at school and not being sure when it will come. The more consciencious a person is the more adverse effects he/she suffers.
