Red, ever since I went to the Philippines in 2010 I have wanted to return. I was invited last year, but my circumstances would not allow me to do that. I have an invitation when they go next, but I think they are waiting now for retirement, is what I was told, and then they will go for several months, like during our winter. I probably won't stay for several months, but my friend told me I could stay as long as I want and then return on my own, which would be good. We will see what will happen.

My last nutrition class I took for my teaching certificate was an online class, and there was one student who could not find a text book, and I ended up buying 2 of them, one new, lots of money, and one used, great condition very cheap. So this student got in contact with me, and I told her that I would sell her the text for what I paid, and then I would ship it to her for free, because I didn't need 2 books. I learned a week or so later that she was from Cebu Island and had not been back to the Philippines since she had been going to college here. She invited me to her wedding in Cebu Island where her family is, but I have kind of lost track of her by now, and I am not sure if she returned and got married or not. I still have her e-mail address, and I should write to her and find out. She was a nursing student living around the Seattle, Washington area, and with her boyfriend there.

I am sorry sir Ed i meant that other message for BBG. Obviously he is one of those men that likes to use women for pleasure which is sex. I hate those men. I am hoping none of those women would take it seriously otherwise just for play.

You don't have to be sorry, Red, and I figured that out, so I am glad that you wrote this so you won't have to worry or feel badly because I understood that anyway. You need to use your baseball bat on him! Did I just say that? I am not advocating violence am I? You are correct about that guy just using women for his own pleasure than discarding them. He has no morals or no feelings for other people! He is stuck on himself, what he thinks and what he does, and he doesn't care about anyone else! I hope no one buys into his garbage that he was spewing out of his mouth. I am hoping that all filipinas realize that he does not speak for us western guys, and we don't think that way. He is in a class all by himself. I don't even know why he thinks the way he does. Mystic tried to ask him some questions to figure out why he has such spiteful, hateful, bitter feelings, but he was very rude and said sarcastic things instead of answering mystic's questions, which might have given us an idea why he thinks the way he does. Oh, well, hopeful he is gone forever!

I was looking back at my original post and my word choice was not optimal. I said all filipinas are obsessed with babies when I should have said most filipinas are obsessed with babies.

will the world FILIPINAS are not just one but many.....as you can see its not singular noun..... , anyway my opinion is that babies are gift from God and not just some obsessed thing that people made, if a female would want to have a babies and that's not God planned for her so she will never had a babies....But if it's the Well of God it will be done accordingly, that's why i never agreed to what you said...I know many people that want to have babies but God never bless them with that....Babies are gift not obligation!!!!

lyrehc, you are completely correct; babies are gifts from the Lord. They are to be loved and protected. You are right about if God wants babies we will have them, we will be blessed by them, and we will be very happy, blessed, and thankful. Every little life has a soul, and God loves them all. I never agreed with what that bad mouthed guy said either! He is a very negative, hateful, bitter, old man!

I've been away from here on this foroum for a while now but I sure ain't forgot ya'll. I started reading this post and thought it might be good but i figured out real fast that it almost isn't worth the read cause of the negative in it. Everyone to their own I guess. So I figure I'll try to add a little light to the darkness here (least for the ones that like babies, lol). My son sure looks alot more like his momma but he's already almost as big as she is and he will turn 7 months old tomorrow.

Tigger, it is good to see you here again. That is a beautiful family you have there, and a lovely picture of that little guy whose almost as big as his mom! Yes, there's been too much negative here lately, but that is changing, and yes, we love babies! They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so thanks for giving us a couple of thousand words!

Unfortunatly he only watches one show. Put Rio in and he's fine anything else he lets you know her ain't happy, lol. He is starting to like the Beverly Hillbillies tho
