These are very nice pictures, Chas, and thank you for sharing them with all of us! Yesterday I quit my walk 1 mile short of what I usally walk, which was 5.5 miles, instead of 6.5 miles. When I was approaching the mailbox there were big drops of rain falling, and I decided to head for the house instead of getting wet. A few days before after already walking, I decided to walk back and get the mail, as it didn't come while I was walking. I picked the only time it was raining hard to walk to get the mail. It is only 1/4 of a mile, 1/2 round trip, and I walked fast, so I didn't get very wet. This morning it was raining also, so I decided not to walk and get wet. If I am already walking, and it starts raining I will keep walking unless it rains hard, and have gotten caught out and really got wet. Carol has come with the van to get me when she has seen that it was raining hard. Our daughter came once to last year, but that was before she got really mad at me; should wouldn't come to get me now!
Oh well, things will get better and then she will love me again!
