When I watched tv last week, it was about improving the teaching strategy or the teaching itself of the Filipino Teachers in the Philippines especially in Math, Science and English.

When the reporter asked the students what subject most they have difficulties, most of them answer Math, and some English and then Science.

It was a training being conducted by the DepEd to teachers on how to improve teaching. Because they found out that based on the exam or survey, as I understood, we fall out 75% of the passing rate to be a good teacher, how sad.

The DepEd professor said, in other asian countries who excel in Math, English or Science, actually need not to learn or focus on speaking English. Like, in Japan, Singapore, etc. It is important on HOW the teacher able to teach and not english at all.

Well, I did not totally understand it, but what I can say is that, teachers influence a lot to their students, in their mental and intellectual aspect of life.

I am a graduate specialize in Math but I tell you, I have a hard time in Math too. But actually that was what my late father wants me to pursue. I did not regret but I hope I become a nurse or doctor. :D Anyway my niece just passed the nursing board and i am so happy.
An intimate relationship w/ God must b our highest priority. When U hav right or poor relationship w/Him,out of that relationshp flows everything else in our life. Thus, your relationship to Him determines how you live your life. It all relates to that

Your right mm teachers influence their students with regards of mental and intellectual aspect. For some the teacher could be a good teacher if they become a role model to their students, if the teacher teaches with love the student will follow. Somehow if the student don't like the subject I can tell the teacher wasn't good enough to teach them.

I am not good in english but I try to speak English. English is international language. Many Koreans come over here in the Philippines to study English. They say, Filipinos are good in teaching English and it is much cheaper here compare to other countries. Glad to know we are able to teach english despite we are not from English spoken countries.
