May I ask the audience if anyone knows an online platform or any recommended platform that can make videos of courses that cannot be downloaded? Any recommendation, and I highly appreciate it.

I don't think it exists. Usually they allow only to upload already made videos, not make them. And anything that can be streamed can be copied.
