i don't think i have wasted my time with the person i love, maybe past relationship didn't work it out but it doesn't mean that its just a waste of time.. its all gone in memories.. What is important is that, whom are u now in the present that makes life more comfortable and more blessed.

I need heat as much as possible because it is cold now. I have 2 pillows and 2 blanket. Maybe the temperature is 14 degrees celcius. I think these stuff wont work and i need some BTU like human heat

When I left here (USA) we had a skim of ice on the water, below 32 F., just a little. It had been getting colder, and we started burning pellets in the pellet stove. I cleaned it out the day before I left so that it would be good all the time I was gone. I also hauled as much water so that the water would last as long as posssible. Carol said that our daughter hauled some water in gallon containers, but the toilet flushing water lasted okay, and I think Carol got some from our 600 gallon water buffulo out our back door.

The warm air seemed startling as we landed in Manila, and them when we landed in Dumaguete it was hot!, but the heat felt good. I am always happy with the heat. The heat bothers Carol; she doesn't like it. The cold bothers her also. I am okay either way, but I don't like to feel cold. I dress warm and burn more pellets. When the wind blows it is difficult to keep the house warm, but then after I work on it more that will get better. When it started getting cold and staying that way 24 hours a day, I wear long underwear. I used to wear them when I was young, long johns, but then for many years I didn't need to be out in the cold, and I seemed to be warm enough without them, but for the last 2 winters I have worn my long johns.

I agree with you on the human BTU's. I would love to have some myself, but my wife has a problem with the weight of covers on her feet because of her diabetes, so she won't sleep with me! I do have a dog that sleeps with me, and he helps keep me warm during the coldest weather. Our granddaughter had him as a baby and she started him sleeping with her, so I have to keep that going, and he is a very loving doggy. He stays as close to me as he can all the time because he loves me. He really missed me while I was in the Philippines.
