I have a very good start of the day. The weather is fine. I really thought that living here in the ciy will be the same. Usually, during the ber months in the province specially December will be very cold but here it didn't happen. It is always hot here in Cbeu City because of its being crowded. I hope that I will have a nice day today.

I hope you will have a nice day too, Edeline! :D :D :D :D

Today I dug through our belongings in 2 reefer trailers, each 40 feet long. I gave our grandson a mattress and a box out of one of our bedrooms because he is getting his own place in town. It left us without enough beds in the house, but that was okay because we have a couch that people can sleep on. I found replacement mattress and box, and brought them in the house. I also found a box of computer paper that I didn't know where it was at. I also brought a wooden spinning wheel in for Carol. I found also a glass top for our grandson's coffee table that he made in wood shop when he was in high school. Then I walked the dogs for one and one half hours as I usually do for their benefit and for my exercise, and we all 3 benefit.

It is snowing and the wind it blowing so it is very cold. I wouldn't be surprise if we get some snow drifts out of this storm, as the snow is moving through the air along the ground as well as coming down and adding up on the ground. It is okay because we have a pellet stove by which we can get warm, and lots of blankets, coats, gloves, hats, and boot. You wouldn't need any of them in Cebu, I don't think!    I did manage to have trouble with a printer, losing the 2nd printer in just a short period of time. I bought another used printer so that I could use the ink I have on hand, but now that printer has failed. Oh well, it will all work out anyway. I did manage to play the piano for a while also, but I distracted finding things, eating, walking the dogs, and working on the printer, to no avail, so that I was not able to do much piano playing, but I enjoyed what I did.

I had a lazy day day going to work today. It was just our academy had the class. All of the schools were close and be opened again on January 3. Wow our Korean manager was really hardworking. She wanted us to teach jsut even half day. Unlucky for those who needed to go home to the province especially those who needed to take one hour or more. No traffic because there were just few working today.

Anyway, after all my day was just fine because after the stress I had a good communication with my love one whom I really miss. Wishing that we will be celebrating new year together. It will be very good to celebrate Christmas and New Year with the people around loving you.

Happy new year to all. May our wishes come true this 2011. It might not be all but hope most wishes will be granted.

Ya know I had a fairly good day.

I am trying to buy another house and found that there is help for me through the state! As I am disabled they will help me with my down payment! Up to $20,000, the information sheet I got does not say if I have to even pay it back. Saving for a down payment takes lots of discipline, that I might of had, but, now don't need to save as much.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house, but I am single! The idea is that I will rent out the rooms to students or somebody and save up again. The key to peace of mind when buying houses to partition out is to buy a house that yields itself to private entrances, and perhaps a shared bath between roommates. Houses today are very low priced compared to what they were just a few years ago. The rent often exceeds the loan payments.

Perhaps someday I will have kids to put into those rooms! HA!

Nice to sit and dream of a happy future.

Busy, busy, busy always busy - that is my life since first day of work this year starting January 3, 2011. I am getting healthy and i am thankful to God at least my heart in not full of bad emotions - and that is all because of God's grace.

We have our Command Conference all over Bukidnon and we hosted the said activity. Being the Master of Ceremony was full of nervous in front of all 17 Fire Marshal to different Cities and Municipalities together with the 4 Officers coming from Regional Head Quarters to mention : The Assistant director for Operation, Chief Admin R-10, And chief for operation.

We hosted the said event and we ended 6pm today.

I am quite exhausted since i have sleepless nights and have backlogs of my work.... I go to bed midnight and sometimes dawn most of the time and sleep 2-4 hours since... To all thanks for the success of the conference :P :P :P :P :P

I stayed up until about 1:30 a.m. last night working on my school work. Because of being up so late I kept the fire burning, and it was a good thing, as we have very cold air temperature, it was snowing and blowing hard, drifting the snow so deep that cars/trucks couldn't drive through it.

Today I worked on my music. I put midi files in Sibelius. I tried to do the song "El Shaddi" and I love the song, but it didn't work out, as it was too messed up by the time it was in Sibelius. It would have taken me too long to clean it up. I tried "His Eye Is On The Sparrow," but that one didn't work for me either, and right now I can't remember why. I found "Nearer My God To Thee," and I decided to work with it. I transferred it into Sibelius, and it was so simple that it made me feel guilty not having to work very hard on it, so I wrote drum parts for it, and I also wrote hand bell parts as well. Then I put all the extra notes in the chords like I like to play them. I like full chords. Then I wrote some fun rythms, as well as in the drum parts. Now it is not the same song, but that's okay. The only thing it had was treble and bass clefts for the piano, and it was plan and choppy the way I got it, but now it has more sounds with it. My teacher will be impressed!        It was fun. Carol got tired of listening to it before I was finished.

Now I am reading our local newspaper to see what has been happening around here!

Glad you had fun, Crisi. I was there with my friends, with Claire's family in and around Manila for a total of about 4 days. We had fun, and then it was fun in Negros Oriental, Dumaguete also, or Amlan, Tanjay City. I have lots of good memories of all that fun!    :D :D
