I always wish to have a baby boy. All I have are girls. My OB-Gyne said I should not have another baby or I will die. Congrats to the couple I am sure it is a cute little boy. What is the name? :D

Congratulations to Liezel and Tigger with their new born baby boy. In our family we predominately have girls. My brother had 3 girls before he had 2 boys. We had 3 girls, and I wanted boys, but Carol was finished after 2 births and 3 girls; twins and a sister. My older sister had 3 girls. My younger sister had a son the same age as our twins, and she had a boy and girl twins the same age as our younger daughter. My Mom and Dad were both from large families, and I was one of five, but Carol's families were not into larger numbers; they liked one, two, or three, and no more!    :D :D

As said it is a boy. She wanted to name him after me and call him Jr but I wanted a filipino ring to his name so we compromised. His name is Randy Becera McPhink. He was 7lb 2 oz and 21 1/4 inches long. That was alot of baby for her to deliver since she is so small. We're very proud (but sleepless nights) parents. LOL

That is wonderful, Tigger! Those little guys tax your energy! We had 2 of them at once. Two for bottle feeding; 2 for diaper changing. You can not believe the amount of stuff we hauled around to take care of them when we went visiting people. The trunk of our car was completely full, and then they were each in a car seat in the back with things packed in around them. When they were miserable from cutting teeth, it was double, and both of them were crying from the pain and discomfort. They went to sleep right away when in the car though, so our trips were easy that way. It was fun when they were little. Wonderful memories from those years back then. :D :D :D :D

We've been tired the past couple days. He has a bit of jaundace. The nurse that looked at him said for us to make sure he gets plenty of food so he poops it out. According to her instructions we are to wake him every 3 hours to feed him even thru the night. I just got home from cub scouts with my other son (we made bullwhips out of duct tape) and the wife and baby are sound asleep, but in 15 min he has to get up to be fed. Then it might be time for me to sleep, maybe. I love my life :D

Tigger, you mean you really are going to get some sleep? When those babies come they don't want you to sleep, but you have to get some, sometime. Our twins cried loudly, and often, and I don't know what was the matter with them yet. We would hold them, rocking them, and sometimes nothing helped. The younger sister was the opposite. She seldom cried and had a wonderful disposition. The twins wanted to got to bed early, early, early, and the younger sister wanted to stay up all night. The twins would go to sleep immediately in the car, but the younger sister would not sleep going down the road!    :D :D

We've been blessed with a really good baby. He doesn't even cry when wet, dirty, or hungry. He just makes a whimpering sound. Now if you give him a sponge bath then he will cry and scream. But his screaming isn't loud at all. My daughter was in the next room from me while I was giving him a bath and she never heard him scream. His jaundice is all gone now and he's just a happy little boy. He loves to smile and laugh.
