I Cor. 10:13, all of us has many problems to experience but it is common to man. God will not allow things to happen in life that will ruin us. Sometimes this things happen or we get disappointed because God wants us to trust Him more. He is waiting for us to give our life and our future to Him. Ask today for peace and guidance and God will give to those who ask liberally.

Disappointments does not mean u have to give up and never stand from ur downfall.. it helps u to become a real person and strong enough to face different challenges.. God cuddle u in such a bad feeling..

We feel disappointed when someone says and did not do it. YOu feel that someone just play around or someone just so neglect what they are suppose to be to you. If this happens, the best thing to do is to charge to Romans 8, all things work together for good to them that love God...

Sometimes we cry because we are hurt. It really affects our emotion and it really give us struggle inwardly which makes us sick. Better give our heart to the Lord. Easy say than done

I think there is a Psalm that says when my father and mother leave me off the Lord will take me up, or something like that. The Lord really does cuddle us as a parent during our hard times, and we need that to feel better and go on.

My advise to u will differ from most I grew up a street kid and now i have artritis bad in my hands but everyday the lord guides me to little victories.If u take a walk down the road u will surly find people with a lot bigger issues then u have. Some time u just have to bear what god has put on u,figure out a way to make it work for u ,PRAY, and pull up ur skirt and wipe ur eyes.Because life is not easy

Difficulties and disappointments are part of life. I'll pray that you get through yours soon.

Lately someone close to me went through something very traumatic, and something which to me seems so unfair... so I've had some difficult times lately too.

I agree with what Chas said about ups and downs. Sometimes we can take strength merely by keeping our chin up and doing our best to move through difficulties with dignity. It can also be helpful to refocus, take our mind off what is troubling us for a while and think of what blessings we have and the simple pleasures in life that we can still enjoy.

I've heard that the people of the Philippines are very resilient, I hope you can drawn on that character and prevail in whatever your circumstances are.

There is a song which to me captures the idea of moving through tough times, not giving up, and eventually reaching a better place, and I know that a famous Filipina singer (Charice) has done some great renditions of it, it's called "You'll Never Walk Alone", you might like to check it (and the lyrics) out.
