Also the Hotel uses btinternet as its email address, the letter used Yahoo.

The point of this post is just to say if you get any job offers in the West from @Yahoo @hotmail @live @gmail etc email addresses be very very suspicious.

Well done Ruffa - you did the right thing checking on the forum.

Unfortunately there are some evil people out there who at best will just steal money or your identity, at worst lure you into enforced prostitution. Please Please be careful.

We must be very careful from this scams. I have also received an email from them. We must be wise enough to identify those scams coming our way.. :geek:

Years ago I received an e-mail offering reduced perscription drug costs and also drug company comparisons and price checks. I had only been on the internet a short time, and it seemed legitimate, so I bit on it, because my wife takes prescription drugs. It was DestinationRx, and it turned out to be a good company to help find the lowest prices, and we used them for several years. I still get e-mails from them periodically and that turned out fine.

We have gotten in trouble with online scams since, and now I would be very suspicious of any offer online. We have gotten into trouble with shady dealers trying to charge for things we didn't ask for simply because there was a checked box that we failed to uncheck. There was a make money online scheme that I fell for because the advertisement supported a well respected news organization. I didn't lose any money, but it was a hassle, and they threatened to hold me responsible. I looked them up on google, and they had tried to rip other people off, and actually did rip some people off who chose to get more involved than I did. I don't trust any of these online offers anymore.
