Time is an interesting concept. Many people have a difficulty with time. I tend to get ready, be ready early, and then in my mind I think I am early so I waste enough time until I run the risk of being late. Some nationalities of people have a difficulty with time. Our granddaugher just today was telling her mother how much time she had until she had to be a school. She thought she had more time that she really did, and her mother told her that she would be late thinking that way. To God time means something different than it does to Him. Time seems to be created for us. There will come a time when "Time shall be no more." I think forever means different things to different people also. If someone says, "it is taking you forever to do that job," they really don't mean forever, but a long time. Forever might mean as long as life lasts, or it might mean eternity, for ever and for ever.    :D :D

The title is "I`ll love you forever" When my mother was in the final stages of Alzheimers I sang her this song. If I ever again tell someone "forever" I will mean "as long as I am able to" Please watch this: http://youtu.be/6z-oBkgJ4Ow Just cut and paste into your browser.

Time is supposed to fly when you are having fun! You are supposed to say, "It just seems like yesterday when we were first married." Time does go quickly, and the years keep rolling by!      :D :D :D

I won't say it seems we been together forever. I think that is not good statement seems to imply something he he. We usually just look on our girls, wow there they are the evidences almost ladies now.

You are right, Red, that would convey a message that you would not want to convey. That is a good way to help your mate to feel insulted by telling him/her, it seems like it has been forever. I know what you mean by looking at your kids. Our twins are 41 years old, and our younger daughter is 38 years old. Actually the twins are 41 and 1/2 years old and the younger sister just turned 38 in January. Our youngest grandchild out of a quite a few is 13 years old. All the others are 17 & 18, and the others in their early 20s!      :D :D :D

We have a granddaughter who lived with us for a couple of years or so, and she was into reading books, like it was an obsession with her. Once in a while we would go out to a larger town where they had some bookstores. She would inverably find a book or books that she could live without, so then she would end up getting it or them. I never had any luck finding church hymn/song books in those places as they sold new stuff, and not the church hymnals that people sing out of in church. I had better luck finding them in second hand stores, and that has been fun. I find them much cheaper in those places than on ebay, so now I just look for church song/hymn books when I go to those places. I find some I already have, but if they are cheap enough I buy another one. It is fun!    :D :D

It is nice to read books on leisure times. My husband is a bookworm. I thought before of making a room as library and computer room. Brand new books are expensive but I buy when it is sale. If the book is so irresistible I have to sacrifice for it. :)

I first started buying church song/hymn books on ebay when I was still working and earning money. I didn't have the expensed then that I do now, and I bought a lot of them. I decided that I had enough church hymn/song books, so I quit buying them on ebay. Since I have discovered that I can find them very reasonable at second hand stores, so I still buy one once in a while, and I often get them so cheap that I buy a second copy of one that I already have. Carol is a bookworm also. She gets these books and reads them by the hour. I am not into reading that much, unless I have a reason to be reading. Carol keeps lots of books in her bedroom, and she reads, knits, spins, gets on the computer, then reads more, knits more, and spins more. I move between playing the piano and the computer, but when it warms up a bit, I am going to need to do some work also. And then I walk my dogs for a couple of hours every day that I can. Today I hauled our house water, and then we had to go to town, so I missed walking today, but I got my exercise anyway!    :D :D
