Hey, Crisi, I need you to come to plant some flowers around our house! Would you do that? We do have our yellow rose bush which is beatiful, and still looks pretty nice even though most of the roses are fading away. We have to pots of plants in the back where the chickens are that are very beautiful with many blooms, and very colorful! There is nothing to compare with some beautiful flowers planted around the house! We have enough water to do what is needed, but we don't have enough to irrigate a lawn, so no lawn; we just mow until everything drys up, and then we have dry grass and weeds for the rest of the season, which we try to keep cut down to avoid the fire danger. If a grass fire comes close to our house, we don't want dry grass and weeds to make a fire take our house down! :D :D

Hello Sir, that would be great to plant flowers in your backyard. I do believe that Ma'am Carol will be very happy if there are lots of flowers in your house. I use to plant flowers actually but as the moment, it has been raining and I need to stay home especially when I arrive home. Thanks a lot for your wish I could plant there. Maybe indue time i will, :D :D :D :D

Yes, Crisi, I will watch for you to come walking down our lane in from the mailbox! Yes, flowers are beautiful! They lift a person's spirits. Also what we plant takes the carbondioxide as food out of the air, as well as soil food, and water, and then gives off oxygen that we need to breath, so plants are very healthy for us. Until recently it has been easy to water things in the back yard because I was pumping water out of the cellar twice a day, but the water has not been coming into the cellar as much; I only have to pump it once every several days, so I am not getting water from the cellar much to water things. Now I am having to draw water out of the house, and carry it out to water the rose bush, the prune tree, and the razburry bush. I need to get into the habit of doing that so that they don't dry up!

Carol's brother while living in the Philippines would tell us about the wet season when things would all turn green. Then he would tell us about the dry season when things would turn brown, and there was nothing they could do, because during the dry season they just didn't have enough water to keep everything green.

Here we have a holding tank that allows us to have more water than the well puts out, but the well has to replace that water during the middle of the night. We do have to be somewhat careful, so that we don't run out of water. I need to draw water to water the plants either late at night, or early in the morning, when we are all using less water! :D :D

After December 2013, it has been so hot. My flowers and plants was almost dead. And then, when the low pressure becomes typhoon Agaton, it has been raining for over two weeks and my plants already alive.

It's great to see gardeners here. I work with trees so I like to look at gardens but I don't like to work in them much except on the trees.

I plan to live in a condo when I first get to The Philippines so I probably won't have anywhere to have a garden at first. I hope to buy vegetables from people who don't use chemicals in their gardens or on their farms.

Those flowers I posted were so small. I planted that last year last summer. Wow, mind you, those flowers grow so tall. Those flowers are already as tall as me, or even more. I am so happy to see green colors and other combination. I am so happy to see those and it is good for the eyes. It is so relaxing and gives good mood. Mama was so happy to see those. I told her to plant more if she can ask someone or my younger brother. She said, she will if she can if she is not sick. I told her just enjoy those flowers anyway, as it gives oxygen too. :D
