When a manager is around I feel like irretated I can't concentrate on my work. I can feel much oresure and I can't do it right.things seems hard when someone is looking.many coment and this and that now do this and do that. I feel like I'm a puppet. Doing things they want us to do.its annoying sometimes I don't listen to her.I do things my self and argui but in the end you should follow the head. This may not be right at first but in the end the thing they are saying is got me to learn. Just like the saying if you wanna be wise accept correction and listen to the older one.

I do agree there. It is good to respect the authority of a manager. There are ,however,managers that are not really competent in the job. Some use threats and other bullying tactics. Ho do they expect to keep good people when they treat them like slaves?
