Today I was off work, and rested. My food this day consisted of bananas, mandarin oranges, strawberries, oat cereal, red grapes, steamed clams, baked salmon, and dark chocolate.

I did eat filipino food since my officemates bring something from their houses. Today is working day even it is November 2, wherein the world celebrate all souls day. We eat suman, kakanin and other food from them.

As I turn 30 last September I wish to eat more on healthy foods, just our lunch today and dinner we have vegetables soup and fried fish.

since that wish I can fell fulfillment in my promise hope it will continues for future for my own health.

I woke up early to prepare food my breakfast, just coffee and bread as for my lunch i cooked squash soup with spinach, had to cook this dish for my son and its cheaper. and for dinner pork adobo

This morning, I eat meat balls and eggplant torta. I really love it and have a good breakfast. This afternoon I eat vegetables again since I have been eating meat. I am grateful I have a good appetite lately.

Today was my fathers birthday, even though I'm out of town I am grateful that someone has given us cake. And now I celebrate my father's birthday here and I eat a strawberry cheesecake it's delicious and I'm very thankful

I did not eat this morning for breakfast. Just drink coffee and sliced banana. I love to eat banana especially fried banana. Hope that I can have a time in the evening to cook, since I travel everyday. I am so much tired when I arrived home.

I lost my appetite just bread and coffee this morning I did not eat for lunch. I ate Fried rice and fried chicken and apple this evening.
