For me, I believe that I have a compassionate heart. I get easily feel compassion to people, to children and I pray that it is not just a feeling but put into action. I try to be kind and understanding and when time comes my heart is fully loaded of burden, I have the tendency to unload my burden by crying and sometimes causes me.depression and anxiety that causes me sick. And when I pray to God for deliverance, the burden is gone and peace at heart resides in me. Now this is what we call in Proverbs to guard our heart. When our hearts are full of problems then we need to claim God's promises that He is control of everything
Let us claim His love for us and peace in us. As the Scripture says, ... the peace of God tjat passeth through understanding... and His love dwellethin us.
