Ok I'll take a crack at this but it is only an educated guess. I've never been there but I have seen pictures and I have seen some video on Youtube but not any aerial shots like this.
Is this Davao with Samal island across the narrows?

yes, it is an aerial view taken from an airplane...but that is the only right part so far...not Palawan or Davao area.

I think in sipalay what do you think sir?I'm guesing it or not?so many places and its hard to guess.so I believe sir mike have been there before. Visayas region is a nice place and people are very friendly too.there is no sighn of danger there for the foreighner.I hope everyone will see how lovely western visayas is.

Western Visayas is safe and friendly. But everywhere I have ever been in the Visayas was safe and friendly...West, Central, and East.
So far no one has guessed the location correctly...and...I have never been to this place.

Well I refuse to cheat by doing Google searches so I have to admit that I'm stumped.
I really thought that I had it. If you look for an air shot of Davao you will see why I thought that was it,except for the curvy road.

I hope that someone gets it soon though,I'm curious.
