I haven't seen that movie, lyrehc, but I do believe that hell is real. It is urgent that people everywhere repent and get back with God. It is important to have eternal life and the forgiveness of sins. We are so very thankful that my wife's brother has prayed to God to forgive his sins, as he is dying of cancer, without much time left to live. He will now go out of this life into the presence of God, and we are very happy about that. God's judgement is real and terrible. His forgiveness and grace is real also, and he wants people to repent so that He can forgive them of their sins and give them eternal life. God is not willing that any should perish, and so He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth on Him, should not perish, but have eternal life. :D :D :D :D

I have seen many movies about couples who got divorced and got back together. I wonder if that is also a reality. One movie i have seen is It's Complicated by Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin. Hilarious and sad at the same time. But it's cute.

Red, in real life my wife's sister and her husband got divorced, he married someone else, or at least I think he married her, they had a child, then they parted ways, and Carol's sister got remarried with her first husband again, and they lived the rest of their lives together, and now both of them are dead. He died in 1986, and she just died last October 2011. There lives had happy times, and sad times, but they ended up happy, except that he got alzeimers too young in his life, early 50s, then died, and she lived many years alone, well close to some of her family members.

A kind of a fun and interesting movie is "Two Brothers and a Bride." Carol doesn't like that movie, and I'm not sure why, but the rest of us enjoy it. It has some good humor in it. I won't tell you about any of the funny parts, so that you can enjoy it more. I think the reason that Carol doesn't like the movie, is that the older brother plays a part where he is somewhat overbearing on the younger brother and pretty critical, and Carol thinks he puts his brother down. You watch it and be the judge.    :D :D

For me, it is like couple got divorced then there is still "special feelings" for both left. Instead of divorce why not take a break maybe separate for awhile but not to the extent of fooling around. Anyway, I will look for that movie you said have not seen that one yet. Last night i enjoyed watching with my daughters. It is a Disney movie Real Steel. Cool.

My son-in-law's mother gave me a movie a few Christmases ago; "Elf." We have watched it a number of times since then. It is goofy, beyond reality, but it has some good humor in it. A baby ends up at the North Pole in Santa's bag, and grows up as an elf in Santa's workshop. He is not competely accepted as an elf, so he travels to New York City to see his real father, then ends up helping Santa's sled to fly out of the park in New York. Pretty funny!

For her performance in The Blind Side Sandra Bullock won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress and the Academy Award (Oscar) for Best Actress.

Yes, we do like some of the movies that Sandra Bullock stared in. One move we have enjoy watching a number of times is "While You Were Sleeping." It is one of those stories that could happen, but probably didn't, and probably wouldn't. It has some very good humor in it, and if you like Sandra Bullock you would like it. I could describe the movie, but if I did that you would not want to watch it, would you? You would enjoy it, I think. :D :D :D :D

lyrehc, when I was a little boy I was very enthused about the church and working for the Lord. We lived next to the river on a 3/4 mile loop road that came off the highway and then connected again with the highway. There were a quite a few people who lived along the highway and on that loop. At that time I would visit all those people and promote whatever church service was being held. I stopped by my sister-in-law's great aunt's place to try to invite her to visit our church during a revival service. She told me that, that particular evangelist was preaching about hell, and he was scaring the little kids to death, and she did not approve of it! Well, I went on to the next house and invited them also. I had a building contractor threaten to throw me into the basement wall with fresh cement, and that scared me, so I rode my bicycle away from there as fast as I could go. He was just having fun, but it did scare me. It was a small church in a mountainous area, but it was a good church, and we have good church services in which the Lord did move on people in the services. :D :D :D :D

I like Sandra Bullock. I got some collections of her movies. I felt sad for her divorce with Jesse James but thank God she got away with that man.
