I used an older mod for phpBB, and it seems not working. Or maybe I enabled the mod too late to send the email yesterday. I'll have to monitor the next birthdays and see what happens, unless we wait 365 days to see Smiley's

Theoretically, it should send an email to the email address of the user, not a PM. Ah.... Smiley, just in case, could you check your spam folder? I wonder whether it was maybe automatically trashed.

Back to the `ol drawing board. Nothing came through,I checked the spam folders in case it got misdirected.
Nada.

Just a thought though,to test it you could just set up a dummy account with tomorrows deate as a date of birth.That should let you check to see if the system works now.

It will take some time to fix, because I am currently busy with another major upgrade on the site, and it's taking days to go through all the code and write the functions that will allow the patch to work. And strange coincidence, after Smiley there was no new birthday yet
