Wow .. After reading Angel's and Cheryz review's .. I feel like I have gained 5 pounds at least .. You Ladies can really put some great Pictures of food in this Web Site . Maybe you 2 should start a Restaurant ..

WEW a restaurant? im not really good in cooking the pictures and recipe for are those wanna try someday to cook hehehe and i dont have enough budget or funds to build a restaurant. maybe you could start a business wayne.

If I started a Business in the Philippines it would be an Internet Cafe .. That had Books good coffee and tea and Soda and a Very Protected Wifi for the customers to use . Has anyone here ever heard of the Kiwi Lodge in Cebu ?? I have heard both Good and bad reports on this hotel .

thats great wayne.. almost in the mall, restaurants and other fast food has a wifi, that is one of the advantage to putting up a business, many costumers will go your place with also your good foods and staff and also with the price ,.

Filipino Sinigang (Tamarind Soup)




Ingredients:

3 lbs pork ribs, chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 packet sinigang tamarind soup mix (found in international food section)
16 cups water
1 bok choy, chopped in 1 to 2 inch slices
1 daikon radish, chopped in thin round slices (optional)
1 small tomato, chopped fine (optional)
2 small potatoes, chopped in large chunks (optional)
salt

Directions:

Saute ribs garlic onions and salt to taste until brown.

In Separate large pot add water Sinigang tamarind soup packet (found in international food section) to taste I like the whole packet but less is more in this case if it is to sour for you.

Remember you can eat this with rice.

Then add the tomato and the pork, cook on medium heat for about 40 min and then add the potatoes cook for another 10 min and then add the Daikon Radish and the Bok choy cook about 10 more min.

It is good if the meat easily comes away from the bone.

You can eat this straight or over rice or both

The Bad thing about Most Internet Cafe is their Wifi Protection .. I would give each Customer a Different Password . Plus I would have Either MSN or Mcafee and Protect My Running Systems that way . That would slow the Hackers down a Lot . Plus toss in some American Hamburgers and Fries and It Might Work ..

I talked to a Friend of mine Who has a Restaurant . I asked him what Made His Place so much better then The other Places around him . He said A Clean Place with Good Food and Great Cooks and Waitress's .. I asked Him if He meant the Prettiest and He said No .. The prettiest Ladies will get them into the Place once but The Nice Ladies will keep them coming Back for More .Also at Night everyone helps Clean the Place for 30 Minutes to keep it clean.. He said if He was to open a Business in the Philippines it Would be an Ice Creme or Yogurt Shop . He was a Navy Man and Loved the Philippines and Subic Bay ..
