There is another scam going on with a guy with this email address: martin_davidallan@yahoo.com

He is sending private messages to the members, trying to entice them to inquire about work in Great Britain.
99.99% of these ads are from scammers. He violated the Forum rules when he sent out private messages to the members regarding this scheme, and he has been banned from the group. If you received a private message from him, then I encourage you to regard it as a Scam!!!

Seems like scammers got the wrong site..thanks sir Michael for making this site a wonderful one

Thank you for the positive reinforcement/feedback. Since the site is 100% open to anyone posting any topic they wish, then it is fertile waters for the scammers to swim in. All I can do is act like the lifeguard, and try to keep the pool safe by evicting the bad guys.

I agree - you need to appoint some people you trust as moderators to spread the load. The scammers and spammers need to be deleted as soon as they appear.

Thanks for the advisory. At least we will be informed, i did not receive anything from that scammer

There is anoher Scammer at this time. I did get a message from one of our members telling me about it, but the member did not tell me the username of the scammer, so I will need that before I can ban her.
Here is the English portion of the scam:

My name is mis Vida i saw your profile today at/jaderune.com/and became intrested in you,i will also like to know you the more,and i want you to send a mail to my
email address so i can give you my picture for you to know whom lam.Here is my
email address (vida4love2@yahoo.com.sg) I believe we can move from here.I am
waiting for your mail to my email address above.mis Vida (Remember the distance or colour does not matter but love matters alot in life) Please reply me with my email address here.

This is an African scammer, and everyone should be familier with this type of scam by now because it is not something new. This same type of thing has been circulating around the internet for many, many years. I will ban this person as soon as I learn their username on the Forum. I can't find them on the membership roles by only their email address.

I did find the username of the scammer. It was "love4real" Her email associated with her Forum account is kati208@yahoo.com

She or he or IT has been banned. Probably has other email addresses like kati'207 or kati209 Maybe she has a million of them.

If you received a Private Message from this scammer, then just delete it, and do not respond to them. If you receive a private Message from someone who you do not recognize from their postings on the Forum, then please be wary that it my be a scam.

I have banned 7 members in the past 9 days. The other 6 were different types of scammers who were posting ads for clothes or shoes or gambling sites.

If you see a topic that has an ad, then please do not click on the highlighted website URL listed in that ad, or your computer may become infected with a virus. I do remove them as soon as I see them. I check the Forum in the mornings, and also at night before I go to bed, and I do remove all improper postings when I find them.
