What did you have for supper?

Each day a 6:00 p.m., I walk my big dog Scooby for 2 hours. I walk between my brother's cattleguard, and our neighbor's cattleguard which is a little over a mile one way. I start at our mailbox, actually I walk to our mailbox, then I walk to my brother's cattleguard, then I walk to our neighbor's cattleguard, and repeat that process until I have walked 3 rounds. I think I am walking 6 miles, although I should meter it with the car so that I will know the exact distance. It is amazing that the dogs know what time it is, because when it gets close to 6:00 p.m. the big dog cries and talks, and the other dog jumps and gets beside himself. They are so excited to start walking that as I come through the house with the big dog, the other dog is biting him as they start their walk, and then they chase each other, with the smaller dog being the aggressor, and then I have a big job settling them down so that our walk can get under way. We walk past wheat fields that have wheat heads now, as well as haystack rocks, bunch grass, and other grasses. There are many groundhogs, and I have a big job keeping the smaller dog from attacking them as I don't want him to hurt any of them, because I like those little creatures.
When I return from my walk, it is time to feed Scooby. Today he had a generous helping of Purina Dog Food, saturated with buttermilk. Carol started churning butter today, and then I walked past, took a notion to churn, and I finished it off. Now we have butter and butter milk. My Dad and older brother used to drink butter milk, only they drank it sour, and I think that is the reason I don't care for it. I might like it sweet which is the way it is when we churn, but I have lots of milk to drink, so I don't need to drink butter milk, and Scooby loves it in with his Purina Chow. I ate fried potatoes, and about 4 easy over eggs with runny yellow that is actually orange because of the chickens eating green grass. On our walk I found a huge brown bird feather, and I brought it home so that I can try to figure out what kind of a bird it came from.
