There are different success a person may experience. Others are successful in love life and others are not. Others are successful in terms of financial status and others are not. Others are successful in their jobs and others are not. There are others too successful in relationships and others are not.

For me, i can say that i succeed in my studies because i was able to surpass difficulties and problems when i was still studying. Despite hardships, i count it as good because there is always reason why the ultimate allow those problems. I am not successful in terms of our family because my parents got separated when i was first year high school and i got emotional problems when i was a kid too, for my parents are always get quarrel.

Whatever success or failures i have in life, all i can say that success is in the heart. Having a good heart and have a good relationship with the people surrounds you is the most important. It will lead to peace and love. Accepting all these things happen in life God allow it to have purpose and we will count it all for good.

I am not successful in love life.

I too have had some successes and some failures. I was not successful pulling the green chain at a lumber mill I worked at because my back was not strong enough. I am built tall and slim, and that is the worst build possible for pulling the green chain. I did a lot of other jobs successfully, but when they needed me on the green chain they allowed me to do what I could, and the other short, stocky, strong, built guys pulled the longer and heavier boards for me, because they didn't want to see me hurting, and yes I would be hurting after pulling some of them.

Some other areas where I was less than successful I have overcome with the Lord's help. Some things are beyond our control, and we just have to look to the Lord to help us, and be willing to accept our weaknesses and make the most of our strength, and the Lord will help us to find success in due time.

To acknowledge God in all our plans and dreams in life, He will always direct us in the right path. Sometimes there are difficulties along the way but these are His plan for our own good. We tend to ask God why these things happening our lives, but we must also surrender to Him and ask Him: Lord, what are you trying to tell me and i am suppose to do? Little by little, God will reveal to us His plans and desires to us. Most importantly, we must understood that all that we do must give glory to God and we all give Him all the glory and not ours. In this way, we fulfill God's purpose in our lives.

There are promises in the Bible that makes man successful.

In Romans, it says, Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all THESE things shall be added unto you.
In Psalms, it says, Delight also in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.
In Joshua 1:8, it says, This book of the Law shall not depart of thine heart and thou shalt meditate therein, that thou mayest observe to do what is written therein, for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous and thou shalt have good success.

Now, that is the secret of success.

You are very correct, Crisi! Psalm 103 is a very good Psalm! We had a study on that Psalm today. Andrae Crouch wrote a very nice song about it: "Bless the Lord, Oh My Soul, and All that is within me Bless His Holy Name." I love that song, and I play it every so often, as well as watch the words.

There are people i knew that they are rich materially but they are brokenhomes. There are some who have everything in life but still there is emptiness in their hearts. There are people who have lots of good things, to mention, house, car, money to buy what they want but there is lacking which they cannot explain. Why? Because all these things makes a person incomplete. As you have acquire things, you keep on wanting more and if you can't then you get disappointed.

Having a relationship with someone above is the only one can give us true fulfillment in heart. God gives us desires in our hearts and we must give sanction to Him in all that we intend to do because there is always a good thing out of it. Do not trust your heart because your heart will always lead you in the wrong way for heart is the most deceitful things on earth as what is written in the book of proverbs.
