Breaking up is perhaps one of the most difficult situations that we may experience. We may have that shuttered dreams with our love ones. Yes, it may even affect our studies, career & outlook in life in the sense that were being affected emotionally.
Having someone such as a friend to confide with what we are undergoing is healthy. It can help us ease the burden and the heartache that we feel. Do not be ashamed to cry in front of your friend to whom you’re confiding too. It’s just normal to cry & it’s not a sign of weakness as what other peoples view it.
In time, you will realize that you’re thankful & lucky enough to know that he/she is not the right person for you. Think positive & engage in different activities to divert your attention instead of thinking of you failed relationship.
Lastly, learn from your experience & move on. Bear in mind that “past is past” you have to forget the past and face the present. Face your new chapter of you’re life positively & with confidence.
