Discerning Spirit: Doing things with right judgement

Postby crisipicada » Wed Aug 01, 2012 5:32 pm

decision that we make in life will affect ourselves, present and future. It also affects to our love ones.

What is the consequences of these actions?

Do we judge rightly? How we work out our life?

Being sensitive in life and knowing and acting things that is right in the will of God.
Nothing can separate us from the love of God

As we live we need to exercise good judgement. We need God's wisdom to make the right decisions. All the decisions we make have consequences. If we make good decisions, then we will have good things happen for us. If we make poor decisions then bad things will happen to us. God uses these things to direct us to Himself, and as our lives are turned to God good things will happen for us. What we do not only has an effect on us now and in the future, but other people are affected also. If we make good decisions other people will be blessed as well. :D :D

Nowadays I try very hard to cause no harm or suffering to anybody. I try to consider the effects that my decisions could have on others and act accordingly.
I`m not going to be anybodies monkey but I still am aware that I should be careful to not let others be hurt as a result of my actions. It`s just a decent way to be,no theology here, just common courtesy, same as I would hope to experience from others.

Smiley, there is a saying, "Do no harm." Do you know where that came from, or what it is associated with? That's all I remember presently. It is very important to think about what effect our actions have on others. Those actions often come back to us as well, so it is good to live accordingly. Do unto others as you would like to have them do to you! :D :D

Yes, Red, the golden rule is very good. Also, yes, time is valuable because there is only a limited amount of it. We are alloted time. We are given time to do our work. There is a time to be born, and a time to die, and other things in between. God has given us time to repent; time to prepare for judgement. When someone violates God gift of time, by refusing repentance, He often cuts them off without remedy. They die suddenly without any chance to repent once they have sinned away their day of grace. God gives them a chance, and after that it is over with for them. So, now is the accepted time, the day of salvation. Tomorrow it will be too late. The day will come when the declaration will be made, "Time shall be no more," and then we will be in eternity without any time constraints. :D :D :D :D

Yes Sir, time is gold but gold is timeless lol. Make use of time because life is very short. Accept God today! we never know what life holds later. Dont wait tomorrow if you can do it today. But I always screwed up on that always on last minute lol

Proverbs 29:1; "He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy. Time is important. It is urgent to accept Jesus while He is calling. When God is dealing with us that is the time to yield to Him, because there may not be a tomorrow.

The second verse is very true! 2; "When the righeous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn." If only we could have more righteous rulers! :D :D :D :D

Our great consolation is that Jesus Christ is King, and He is going to change the order of things one day. Then righteousness will rule. All that is bad will be destroyed, and God is going to make all things new! What a wonderful hope we have in the Lord! :D :D :D :D

Here is my daughter's memory verse she just recently recited and thought it relates to that.
Isaiah 55:6 SEEK UNTO THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND, CALL UPON HIM WHILE HE IS NEAR.

Your daughter's memory verse fits in perfectly, Red! While the Lord may be found, and while He is near is the time to call upon the Lord! :D :D :D :D
