Do You Have Any Room For Jesus?

Postby Edwin » Sun Dec 09, 2012 7:35 pm

There was not room in the Inn for the most important person in all of history; the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lord. He was and is the creator and sustainer of everything, but He was given no place in the Village Inn. Ever since the question has been asked, "Do you have room for Jesus?" There is an old song that Evie made popular a number of years ago, and that song was, "Have You Any Room For Jesus?" Have you any room for Jesus in your heart and life this Christmas and every day of the year? There is another song, "What will you do with Jesus?" Pilot asked the people and the religious leaders in particular, "What will you that I do with Jesus the Christ?" Someday we will be asking what He will do with us, but today it is, what will we do with Jesus? Does Jesus have room in your heart and your life? :D :D

I would advise a good reading for the vacations from one of my most favorite authors: THE WAY TO CHRIST by Jacob Boehme.

The language is a little hard to read (he lived in 1600), but he is very inspirational and likes to deal with the topic of rebirth.

Yes, language is evolving all the time. I have taken classes in the past about this subject with regard to language. What is slang today will no doubt be part of the language tomorrow. The further back in time you go, the more difficult the language is. For instance take our English language, and read the King James Version. I is still understandable for us, but there are the thees and the thous, and many other descriptions that we no longer use. Go back further, and if you go far enough the English language seems like a foreign language that is not readily understood! :D :D

Jesus Christ is God in the flesh. The world celebrated Christmas day every December 25 of the year. The meaning of Christmas is all about the Savior who died on the cross to pay our sins and redeem us from the penalty of sin which is death. God is love and He showed it through giving His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. He is everything to me. Without Him, I can do nothing but with Him nothing shall be impossible. He is my hope and my Savior.
Nothing can separate us from the love of God

Yes, Crisi, you expressed my sentiments exactly. The reason for Christmas is to celebrate Jesus' birth, coming into the world as a baby. Then He ministered on earth, and gave His life a ransom for many, so that we can have eternal life, the forgiveness of sins, and be with Jesus and our loved ones forever, because the Father gave the Son, and the Son gave Himself as a sacrifice for us! :D :D
