Don't you love it when you are having a really hard time, and someone says to you, "Cheer up!" Often you don't even want to hear it things are so bad for you. We have all been there. We are so far down that the only way left is up. Things have to get better, well that is what we tell ourselves and each other anyway. We have a tendency to want to tell the other person, "You just don't understand, and you have no idea how bad I have it.

For Jesus and his disciples things could not have been any worse. Jesus was about to be put to death, and His disciples were under great presecution, and they were going to be dispersed because of that persecution. In that horrible situation, Jesus said, "Be of good cheer!"

John 16:32; "Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone, because the Father is with me. 33; These things I have spoken untio you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

Jesus has overcome the world, and we through Jesus will overcome the world also! Isn't that wonderful news! :D :D

Happiness is like a kiss you must share it to everyone." One person commented said No way im not gonna share kisses to all.

I do believe that if you are flexible and good cheer to others you can be able to touch others hearts and they will treasure you as good friend. I did it at work too so when i moved to another shift, my co workers were sad and they asked me to go work overtime so they can see me always. I thought i need rest too cant do overtime on my days off. It is good that way you be able to win friends. Good way to win friends too is pray for them always. God makes mysterious ways. :)

There was a television program that aired when we used to watch television called "Cheers." We never did watch that program as it did not suite our standards of Christian living. The base of it was in a bar, and they were all about half drunk and thinking they were having a wonderful time. Well, that doesn't sound like a wonderful time to me when they are about half drunk, and they don't know what they are doing! Then they usually have hang overs afterwards as well. The Bible tells us that we are not to be drunk with wine to excess, but we are to be filled with the Spirit. And you know the fruits of the Spirit, which is everything wonderful and lovely. :D :D
