Calling rates to the Philippines might be expensive if you don't have the time to compare a hundred of different offers. I wrote a small program that checks automatically the websites or over 60 VOIP companies, normalizes the currency to USD, compares their rates and gives you the best rate. I thought it was nice to share the results. All those companies work with the MobileVOIP application for mobile devices. I hope it helps.

I can see this being helpful to a lot of people. Glad to see you well enough to post,hope you are well.

It saddened me a lot that globe and tm subscribers has a problem sending message and hearing or calling that phone numbers. My mother try to use her smart phone because the signal is very good in our barrio. I am a globe user and I feel bad when the signal is not good. So hard to communicate to love ones and even at work.

I also try to find Sun cellular because their promo is good but the problem again is bad. When my brother in law, Pastor Edsel communicate to his friends in the US he use globe because it is 9pesos per minute compare to regular call of 17 pesos. While the text message is 15 per text message to Pastor Steve Stasny, his pastor he visit in the US.

While suncellular cost only 2.5 pesos per minute call but the signal is not good. When my brother in law talk to Ma'am Paula and Miss Audrey, both from Texas, I heard their talking that it has a very good signal.

So, those who have relatives in the US, you can use Sun Cellular at 2.5 pesos per minute call only.
