And lately, me and that lady in that church in Philippines I used to go had an idea of putting up a library for kids to read. I think it is a good idea since most kids in Philippines are not expose to books. I kinda not agreeing of giving away books but just borrowing so others may enjoy it too. I am thankful to God that feeding program helped gather some lost souls and it increases members of daughter churches.
That is very kind of you red to do charity works. Yeah, I definitely agree that library would be a good project since most kids have no access to internet or other reading materials. Just have them borrow books and not give it to them, so if there are many donations, more and more books will compiled in your upcoming library. Unlike if you guys give books and there are no donations coming in, time will come that the library will be empty. Good luck on your endeavor.

I rarely give to some established charity such as the Red Cross because they pay their CEO's enormous salaries, and too much skimming as well.
That is a good idea not to give money to Red Cross and other charity organizations coz I read lots about them having an enormous amount of money earned annually for their business with no capital at all. And to think that they pay their employees below minimum wage, that is very disgusting.

I call it begging for money .. 1 Guy In Sacramento California was found to have made an Average of over 40 thousand dollars a year for the Last 4 years .
I understand your point. Yeah, it is so depressing to know that most of the donations to the Yolanda victims will not be received by the people who needs it most. Instead, our corrupt and greedy politicians who only thinks for themselves are the ones who are benefiting from such donations. It is a sad reality.
