As some of you are aware, I try to sponsor a children's Christmas party every year. This year was the 4th in the past 5 years. I really wanted to have it in Inabanga, Bohol again, which is where it was last year. But the friend who organized it for me has relocated to the US, and her cousin who lives in Inabanga is pregnant, and did not feel well enough to participate. I asked several other people I know in Bohol, but none were really interested, so I asked a friend in Leyte. She and her sister did organize and hold the event in Tabango, Leyte. I am doing my best to get a charity off the ground which I have named, The Cradle Of Christ Foundation. I listed this charity as the main sponsor, and I listed jaderune.com and christian-pilipina.com as co-sponsors. Truth is that I personally paid for it all because I have no donors yet :) Maybe by next year I will have some others interested in helping with my goals.
Here are a few of the photos:

My friend and her sister in Tabango did all of the work...as volunteers, along with many other adults in that barangay. I was told that despite of the rain, everyone had a blast. It was the first event of it's kind in Tabango, Leyte. They got to play games, sing songs, enjoy a meal, and get some small gifts of toys and clothing. That area was devastated by Typhoon Yolanda a year ago.
