7.2 Earquake Magnitude coming in the Philippines

Has anyone heard about the calamity coming to the Philippines? It is an earthquake especially in Luzon Area. So yesterday was the Nation wide earthquake drill. Are in Manila or Luzon area are ready in this incident? Hoping and praying the Lord will spare our lives in this disaster.

Disaster again let's just pray for the safety of the Filipino. Prayer can rebuked calamities that will come. And prayer is the most powerful weapon we got. I hope calamities will have a wrong turn on our country. It's even hard to be in a disaster. We hope and we pray for protection this days.

Lets pray for that will not happens, so much on this year calamity for philippines where on mid year but theres more to come so we have to unite and begin to faith and believe in our Almighty God that will not suffer again through calamity that may come to us.

If this will happen in the Philippines soon, then I believe that this would make our economy falls down. There are many people expected to be dead and injured. Many high rise buildings that will be destroyed.

One can draw a big circle around the Pacific Ocean, and this entire line is known as the Ring Of Fire, which is susceptible to earthquakes. There was a 7.2 in Inabanga, Bohol about 20 months ago, and it did damage to many roads and buildings in both Bohol and Cebu. There are predictions of a 7.2 in Metro Manila at some point in time in the future, but nobody knows when, and it may never happen in our lifetimes. Authorities are also predicting a 9.2 quake in Northwestern USA along the Oregon and Washington coast, and they say that the cities of Portland and Seattle will be wiped out, with tens of thousands dead due to the tsunami that will follow the quake. I saw it on the internet, and posted it on my Facebook Timeline. It is a story on Fox News The expert says that there is evidence of big quakes like this for the past 10,000 years, and that they occur about every 240 years. The last major quake in this area happened about 350 years ago, so it is past due. I have two Filipina friends who live in this area with their husbands, and I worry for their safety. Who knows what effect such a disaster might have upon an economy. The same holds true for Manila because it is such a populated area, and is the main port for incoming goods into the Philippines. There is not much any of us can do except pray.

It is just fear tactics and I can say this because Luzon area is over populated place. If you are in that place and heard the stories of that earthquake will you move to other place of our country? For me of course I will. This is what they are doing because there are a lot of people living in that place.
