Tri-media

Postby toni » Mon Aug 10, 2015 9:38 pm

Facebook, twitter, viber, instagram and other means of information and communication greatly affects our daily life. We easily access to it and able to get news and information and be able to respond in a way we become safe from disasters and accidents, get information and can also share our thoughts. But does it gives us good or more of bad to our schedule. For instance we become controlled by it and everytime we wake up, we are always thinking of what's going on on facebook news/wall, photos in instagram and twit in twitter. Do you think it does good to us or it does damage our mental health?

Social media can be both good and bad. It allows us to connect to people from around the world like never before possible, but it also provides the means for people to "speak" without first thinking things through. For instance if someone says something on a social media post that angers another person, then that person can respond with angry words without first thinking about what they are doing or saying. That can be a bad thing because once said, words (including written words) cannot be retrieved or reversed (or unread). I have seen many celebrity feuds that have sprung out of some comment on social media such as twitter that have snowballed into an avalanche of insults that could have been avoided if these individuals would have thought out what they were writing, and did not have access to instant postings. I have read that some people believe that this ability to instantly post one's thoughts to everyone in the world will lead to the downfall of society.

Yes i agree to you Sir Michael. Think twice before you post :) it may hurts someone with your post. Me im just addicting in games but really dont share much my information alot sometimes its bad. I learned now that someone will trying to hack my account and post spam with my friendlist. Right after i change my password, i remember it when i log in an internet cafe. I used only facebook for games and for chatting my family and friends. I do have twitter account but its really not active. I do have intagram my sister did register me :D she open it to post the photos of my son.

What you put into your mind will eventually make you who you are and thus important to take hid what you are reading. Later on, when you read angry words, problimatic stories, bad news, resulted to make your heart and mind be like to it. Be happy and be with happy and positive people and you will be like them later on.

Yes, we do things without thinking and eventually hurt people. But if we wont be able to express how we feel, we feel the burden at heart and it wont do good to us.So there is a good thing expressing how we feel.

Your all comments are definitely right. I dont have facebook but once i had but then i deactivate it, for my opinion you take time to post pictures, stories and share what youve been up to somethings. And im not kind of that and i hate to be bully thru internet if you said something right or wrong some people think you make impress or whatever you says it comments negative in you, id rather text my friends than to take time for it. Some young teens now are very active into social media, many cases are getting pregnant at younger age now and it happen for this generation. For some people they like it especially for their family in abroad they can easily communicate at low rate. For mothers have children must know their limitation and donts, do's and be aware what they upto in the internet some of it isnt good for them.

Trimedia is useful especially when the one that you read online are educational. Like the news and the updates of election 2016. I remember before, it took months to count all the votes during election, however, this time, after the election at 5pm last May 9, the counting starts automatically. And the following day, more than 50% of the votes being cast already been tract. What an amazing technology can make life easier. However I believe there are negative effect too. Such as, being lazy since everything has become hightech.
