I'm John and quite new to this forum so please bear with me as I learn to navigate the site and become familiar. May I ask as to what are some of the red flags a guy should look out for when looking for a Filipina partner? Also, is there a chat or private messenger feature that allows members to send private chat messages to single Filipinaa's in the forum?

Welcome to the forum. I hope that you will enjoy reading the topics here, and hope that you will meet some new friends.
You can send private messages to a member by clicking upon their name, and then when the new window opens, you can select PM or email.

Red flags would be if a Filipina starts saying she loves you soon after meeting her online. Another would be if she starts giving you sob stories about being poor, etc., or asking for money.
