"how long should I wait for the answer after I've posted my question?"
That depends upon the question, and if anyone is interested in what you are asking. There may be someone logged in to the forum at the time you post your question, and answer you immediately, or at the other extreme...no one will find your question important or intriguing, and it will never get a reply.
One suggestion here. If you are going to post a new topic, then you should vary the subject line, and not use the same word on them. Example: Topic Subject is "London". 5 minutes later you start a new topic, and you name it "London". So now you have 2 new topics, and both are named as "London". That is not such a good idea. It needs some variety. Maybe you should name the subject of the topic something that will relay the message inside the topic coz that is usually a good idea.
Having said that, why don't you introduce yourself, and tell us who you are, and if you are looking to meet new friends here.
