STRESS is a simply a fact of nature forces from the outside world affecting the individuals, being in constant interchange with their surroundings (ECOSYSTEM). An initerplay of forces in a form of energy which is present in the relationships between all matters in the universe. (Internal environment of the human body).
1. Exercise on a regular basis helps turn down the production of stress hormones and neurochomicals. (Potent antidepressant, anxiolytic)
2. Chronic or uninterrupted stress is very harmful. This makes one unproductive. Take breaks and decompress. TAKE A WALK instead of COFFE BREAK.
3. LEARN to RELAX. Try breathing exercises during which you close your eyes consciously relax your body and focus on your breathing for 5 to 20 minutes each day. Try to breathe deeply and remove all other thoughts from your mind.
4. BANISH BAD THOUGHTS from your mind. Try placing a rubber loosely on your wrist. Every time you have a negative thoughts, snap the rubber band. This will remind you to think positively.
5. Try to AUDIO-TAPE PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION EXERCISE. Look into your local tapes pleasant background music or sounds from nature and they will lead you through relaxation exercise.
6. Here are Stress causes. WORK, SAD, IN LOVE, UNDER PRESSURE, LONESOME, FEAR, BROKEN HEARTED, EXCITEMENT, FRUSTRATED, WANTS/NEEDS AND ANXIETY. Get away from stress and be a productive individual.
GOOD REST and SOUND SLEEP ARE VERY IMPORTANT. IF YOU DON’T SLEEP WELL, THE TOXIC IN YOUR BODY WILL ACCUMULATE AFFECTING YOUR HEALTH & YOUR MOOD. THE MAIN CAUSES OF LIVER DAMAGE ARE:
1. SLEEPING too late and WAKING up late.
2. Not URINATING in the morning.
3. Too much EATING.
4. SKIPPING Breakfast.
5. Consuming too much MEDICATION.
6. Consuming too much PRESERVATIVES, ADDITIVES, FOOD COLORING & ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS.
7. Consuming unhealthy COOKING OIL. As much as possible, reduce cooking oil use when frying.
8. Do not CONSUME FRIED FOODS when you are tired except if the body is very fit.
9. Consuming overly done foods, also adds the burden to the liver.
10. VEGETABLES should be eaten RAW or cooked 3-5 parts.
11. Fried VEGGIES should be finished in one sitting, DO NOT STORE.
MAINTAINING GOOD EATING HABITS AND TIME CONDITION ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR OUR BODY TO ABSORB & GET RID OF UNNESSARY CHEMICALS ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE BECAUSE:
1. Evening at 9-11 PM, is the time for eliminating unnecessary toxic chemicals from the ANTIBODY SYSTEM. This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an UNRELAXED STATE such as washing the dishes & monitor children doing homework, will have a negative impact to her health.
2. At 11PM-1PM, the DETOXICATION process is in the LIVER & ideally, human must be in a DEEP SLEEP STATE.
3. Early mornings at 1AM – 3 AM, DETOXIFICATION process is in GULL, also ideally done in a DEEP SLEEP STATE.
4. 3AM-5PM, the process is in the LUNGS. That’s why there are severe COUGH for cough sufferers during this time since the DETOXIFICATION PROCESS had reached the RESPIRATORY TRACK. There is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with the TOXIN REMOVAL process.
5. 5AM-7AM, DETOXIFICATION is in the COLON. You must EMPTY your BOWEL.
6. 7AM-9AM, is the ABSORPTION of NUTRIENTS in the Small INTESTINES. You should be having BREAKFAST at this time and for those wo are sick, should take the BREAKFAST earlier than 6:30AM.
