INVEST WISELY!

Last August, I passed the board exam and it's quite overwhelming coz everyone was greeting me "congratulations!"... it was indeed a nice feeling.. Yes, Im already a registered Nurse. It's something that I can be proud of, of course.., that in my 5 years in college, it's like " I fought a good fight" then...

However, at the moment, the employment for nurses here in the Philippines is kind of terrible... so, I resorted to call center jobs.. After a month, I resigned coz I wasnt able to withstand the pressure of the travel account. And now I venture in REAL ESTATE job. Yes, I am now a real estate agent. I find it hard of course.. becoz Im not really into sales coz that's the reason why I took nursing, hmmm.. not really good in business.. However, Im trying to push my luck and I have to.. for there are a lot of people who need me and my support. . my parents primarily... and my siblings... I need to send them to school so that's why I need to work harder and harder... As of the moment, Im trying to have 2 jobs.. 1 as a call center agent and 1 as a real estate agent.. LOL.. both are agent..well i hope it will run smoothly to me.. and can withstand the pressure and exhaustion this time.

Well, as a real estate agent, I belong to PICAR DEVELOPMENT CORP. This company started in 2009. This is a new company but strong. This is financed by the Prince of Bahrain and now constructing Stratford Residences- the "TALLEST residential Building in the Philippines", it's actually a 70-storey building. The building offers great amenities like cool clubhouse, free wi-fi on every floors, hotel-like services, very strong foundation and most importantly, very safe and secured.. I dont want to make promises as the company tells so but it's indeed what the company is assuring. You will find out soon.

So, what is investment?... well, I really dont know much about this, being a neophyte with this industry,. All I know is that you buy your own unit and you will sell it in a much higher price. Or if not sell, you might want to have it rented. And it will be giving you a good profit of course. Or if you are not interested in investment, you might want to live in luxury with this incredibly luxurious condominium. =)

Stratford will soon make its claim as the Tallest residential Building in the Philippines this 2015. It will be soon making its name in the Philippines and will be marked as one of the Landmarks, like he Petronas Tower of Malaysia, Burj Khalifa of Dubai... and here in the Philippines, STRATFORD. =)

In the Philippines, Foreigners keep on visiting and migrating... coz aside from the scenic spots and marriage purposes, they are also making a lot money here in relation to money currency values... so, it's really a good choice to invest in this residential building. A condominium that has it all.!

To someone who is interested to invest, just contact me and I will be more than willing to assist you. =) You can ask more information about the Building and its units as well as the company itself. =) Or you can search ot on google to make sure of everything first. ;)

God bless to all!

Yes, Ruffa, that is true in this country also, that many times people get a college education, and then they can't find a job in that field. I am glad that you found something else, and that you are doing well! I am glad to hear that you are working towards helping your family, and that is important. You are a good daughter and sister! :D :D :D :D

God Bless You too Ruffa!

That will be a nice break for you Crisi! I remember those days when I was taking almost more classes than I could handle and working at the same time. Some teachers were easy, but others were so demanding that it made me wonder if I could successfully fulfill the requirements. It is always fun and fulfilling, but it feels good when it is over also, and for you rest and attending church will be really nice! :D :D :D :D Yes, Thank the Lord!

Many of us keep on working too hard to earn for a living. Not only that, we keep on working to make life easier. We do extra sideline aside from job we do - like doing tutorial after work, direct selling, extra teaching subjects- which I have done before. But later on, I realize that I do much work and it impair my health which makes me very sickly, and some others things that makes me sad and pity of myself which I deny and can't accept things.

Now, I would recommend that someone must have health insurance, in preparation for any emergencies you might in the future. This is one great investment you can have. Sad to say that when I was out in the hospital just a couple of days, 30% of my hospital is being shouldered by the PHilHealth Insurance. Still it is spending money out of your own income, not good at all. Some says, better get another health insurance that pays all your hospital bill. Still thinking about it. So hard being sick.

Yes, it is hard being sick. Sometimes, yes, Crisi, we work too hard and make ourselves sick. My Dad and his older brother worked far too hard. My uncle was driven. He was on the way to the hayfield chewing himself out because he thought he was a few minutes late getting started to working. He worked so hard and stressed himself out so much that after a few years he couldn't get up before 10 a.m. in the morning. He didn't feel good after that, and soon had a stoke and died. He was a good man, but he worked too hard. My Dad had pneumonia when he was 43 years old. His health was not good after that. He probably didn't eat right, as not too many people understood good nutrition back in those years. He, at the time, was a motor mechanic for a logging and lumber operation, so he worked mostly standing in one place, so for about 10 years he didn't get much exercise, besides breathing lots of exhaust fumes from motors. Then we move back to the ranch where he grew hay and cattle. He built buildings and do all sorts of hard labor. The problem was that his health was not good while he was working so hard. We don't know for sure why his health was not good, but for not feeling well he worked way to hard. He did not live as long as he should have, because I am older now than my Dad was when he died.

I consider myself to be pretty healthy. I do not take medications of any kind and I do not need to because I have no health problems requiring medications. That is not true for my wife Carol. She takes lots of pills and tells me that she needs them to live, and I believe that she really thinks that is true. Her health is not good, but she tries hard to eat right, and she doesn't like to exercise, but she started walking. Now it is too cold for her to walk. I am still walking, but it may get too cold for me to walk at times with the wind blowing. I have thought already that it might be too cold, but once I start walking I usually warm up. I have had my tonsuls removed, had 2 hernia surgeries, had a TURP procedure on the prostate gland, and the doctor is suggesting that I might need another; he is watching to see how I do, and I hope I don't need another, but if I do I do. I seem to have a prostate that grows larger and larger until it needs to be whittled down a bit. As long as my unination works I probably won't need to have anything done. A week from tomorrow I go for another PSA test, and if that reading is high they will probably want to do another biopsy, and the one I had last July dropped my blood pressure and pulse rate for 2 hours, so I really don't want to have another biopsy. If your PSA is high then they think you might have cancer, so they will want to do a biopsy to try to prove that you don't have cancer. I for sure don't want another TURP procedure, but if that is the only way the urination will continue to work then I will have no choice but to have one. My brother told me that they will be testing me the rest of my life, and I am beginning to believe him on that. I just have to trust the Lord and the doctor to take care of me. :D :D :D :D

I am proud of both of you two sisters, Ruffa and Rhusetta, each for different reasons. Ruffa that is great that you agressive in finding things to do rather than just sitting thinking the jobs should come to you. Many of us have experienced the same thing. My son-in-law's brother went through the entire teacher's education program, got his degree and teaching certificate, but he didn't have a good experience when he was a student teacher, just the same as with me. I had very nearly a 4.0 in all of my college course work from community college through university, but I got a 2.0 on my student teaching along with poor ratings, and explanations. Carol told me that I should have fought it, but that is not the type person I am. They had the authority and I was the victim. Well, anyway I have gone on to do other things, as well as substitute teaching for 10 years with great success. I was in demand, and all the teachers and administrators wanted me for their classrooms, so I did find success in that, and then working in the tourist industry was so fulfilling for me because I loved every day of it, and I was the winner there. Anyway my son-in-law's brother inspite of his teaching asperations went on to be a Spokane County Sheriff's deputy. My son-in-law went through the same teacher's program, but it didn't work for him, so he is now working for the State of Washington in an institution. He has a better job than teaching, but you know what he hates his job, and hates every day he has to go to work, because he is mixing food for residents at this facility, and he doesn't feel important, although his wages and benefits are much better than he would have from teaching. His family pep talks him all the time to try to get him to have a good attitude, because he is really well off, and he doesn't appreciate it. Rhusetta I am proud of you for not allowing your misfortune to destroy you. That is great that you have such a positive attitude, and that your family is supporting you. The guy did you wrong, but your beautiful baby has done no wrong and deserves love, affection, and care from you all. With your positive attitude you are pressing forward and making the best of it, and for that you will be rewarded. God can and does take things like that and we can allow Him to work them out for His good and ours as well. :D :D :D :D

i hear you girl... I have a political science degree buy my job is way far from what I have learned in school... just like you I am also a call center agent by night (client logic) and an English teacher by day. I am fortunate though that I don't have family and siblings to support, but dad's constant pressure to save save save :) so I can send my self to law school someday.
