The year is off to a slow start for me this year
I awoke this morning to minus 20, I managed to delay going outside for awhile but I can't put it off much longer. Time for the parka!

Yeah, it is way too cold for me to live in that environment, so better you than me, Smiley.
I have had a rough start thus far, and just hoping things get better soon. I have been sick for 3 weeks, and just now starting to feel a little better. I had all of my tools that I carry in my pickup stolen, and my sister died a week ago from cancer.
But I do have the best thing in the world going for me, and that is my FAITH in God, so I know I will be okay no matter what life throws at me.

Sad to hear of your loss Sir Michael. My condolences, and please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. your always in my prayers Sir hope you feel better soon.

Hello Everyone. its been awhile Happy New Year and Happy Valentines Days.. my year starts good having some part time work its nice to start a year but starting 1st week of February been having sick, dry cough thats makes me cant sleep at night but still keep going. Also busy for my son foundation day next week and upcoming graduation on March hope i can have some part time job. hoping i still have energy to keep going so many activities at school..bye for now.. god bless us all..

2019 has not been kind to me. After my sister died in January, my best friend of 60 years died in May. Then in July I get hit with a lawsuit from my ex-wife over a house that we own together. She asked the court to put me in jail for 2 years for failing to sell our house, which she and I had a verbal agreement that one or the other of us would buy the other one out. Just can't trust a snake! The judge did not honor her request, and now I am waiting for her and her lawyer to agree to the realtor that we will use to sell the house.
I have either packed for shipping, or given away or thrown away 90% of the things I have in or around the house, so I am close to being ready to get out of here. This place has a lot of memories for me cause my daughter grew up here. We bought the place 26 years ago. But it is almost time to move on.
Hopefully, 2020 will be my year!!!

The funny thing is it is the opposite thing happen. The american guy is the one who is after the properties of his filipina wife. The filipina has invested properties, house, and some inheritance from her father and some investment in stocks 2016 before they got married but eventually the foreign guy is not treating her fikipina wife right, so with the parents. She did her best to work out but sad to say, whennlife is at stake, that is another story

crisi.....if this is you who you are referring to, then I am sorry for the negative experience that you have gone through or are going through. I hope that it all works out well for you. In my case the lawyers have yet to come to an agreement, and my case has been in limbo for several months, and I am still awaiting some resolution.

2019 is still not the worst... though failing to get a student visa abroad but I got a new job.. way better than before... I hope the coming year will be good to me..be in favor to all my plans... I trust everything to HIM..
