People come and pass by. There are some people who come once but stays with you always and we can call them real friends. I have met a friend through this website when we had the jaderune party. I am not getting on contact with her always because I don't have the load most of the time but she used to send and send me messages. She was thinking that I forgotten her and she said that we will meet inthe future. I hope we can get in touch soon though she has her own new life.

Friends remain good friends to you and real as long as you remain the same of what you are to them. I love and I value my friends so much. Yes true they listen to you when you are down even if you are not together. They will eb supportive with you. I hope that no matter will happen, they will always be my friends and nothing can change that..

Yes, Edeline, good friends are the most valuable things we have in life. What would life be like without good friends. It would be pretty terrible. As you mention a good friend is there to lift you up when you are down. Jesus is a friend that sticks closer than a brother. I like the song, "What a Friend We Have in Jesus," and that is true, what a friend we do have in Jesus. Godly friends are valuable because they encourage us in the walk of righteousness. They encourage us to do right and live right, which gives great rewards. Having good friends is like turning the lights on in a room, or having day light. Having good friends is like having good music, or having good food to eat. :D :D :D :D

I think you are right, glemarie, in that friends are seldom found they are made. The Bible says that if you want friends you have to show yourself to be friendly. Not very many people are going to want to be friends with an unfriendly person. Jesus taught us that we are to give to those who are not able to return the favor. We are to love when the other person does not love. As we would want others to do to us, we are to do to them. Jesus has called us to a higher standard. He has called us to live selfless lives for others. :D :D :D :D

Good friendships improve all aspects of your life, providing comfort and joy, strengthening your health, providing companionship, and preventing loneliness and isolation. As we age, many of us struggle to make new friends or maintain old friendships. Work, family, and other commitments can all get in the way. While making and keeping friends requires effort, it's an investment that will make your life richer and more pleasurable. Whatever your age or circumstances, it's never too late to make new friends or reconnect with old ones. ;)
