Hello. I feel sorry about your health status but me too got cold and cough for a while because of climate change. But don't worry about it. It is a sign that your immune system is in combat to the point that you had a fever. Having a cough for a day or two and cold is a sign that your immune system is working hard to expel bacteria and toxins from your body. When i have a cold, i don't take medicine because it suppresses our immune system. I would recommend to drink luke warm lemon juice. Refrain from eating ripe mango because it will make you worst if you have a cough but if you don't have, then ripe mangp is great. If your flu persist after 5 days or a week, please consult the nearest physician you have in your community. Please drink more water, at least 8 glasses a day.I recommend to drink at least two glasses of water when you wake up in the morning. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits so that you can recover as possible.Okay i will try to post some health tips as soon as possible. :D

Thanks fOr the recOmmendatiOn, I am tOuched.. :) I feel better after I had the fever I just have it On that day OnLy.. I took medicine at that night then when I wOke up in the mOrning I feel better. . Maybe it is just because Of the cLimate change why I had a fever On that day. . Thanks fOr the cOncern thOugh.. :)

About you PM related to lemon juice, i advice you to take it purely lemon juice without water. Why? Because H2O (Water) add lemon juice, chemically it turns to acidic

I think thats wrong. Lemon Juice is already acidic and adding water dilutes it, in other words weakens it. However, if you make a fizzy drink by pumping Carbon Dioxide (CO2) into it, some of the CO2 reacts with the water to form H2CO3 which is an acid.

I think most fruit juices are acidic and if you drink a lot of fruit juice, especially lemon, orange or grapefruit, you need to be careful as the acid dissolves the enamel on your teeth which is not replaced. After having fruit juice rinse the mouth with water to get rid of any residual acid to protect your teeth. You will not have problems now from the fruit juice, but it will be a problem when you are older. More fruit juice is being drunk in the UK and dentists are reporting problems with reduced enamel on teeth. You should also not brush your teeth immediately after eating as the acids in the food have softened the enamel. Wait a bit.

I have a very bad cOugh tOday.. :cry: This suffers me, what shOuLd yOu think I dO tO recOver earLy? shOuLd I drink LemOn juice? I drink a LOt Of water LateLy but I think there is nO effect.. :roll: I discOvered that drinking a gLass Of miLk heLps in my metabOLism tO wOrk fast.. :D I have Observed that there are many peOpLe having a bad cOugh tOday.. :? :(

There are at least two types of cough. A tickly cough which is in the back of the throat and a chesty cough when your lungs fill up with grot when you have a cold. Try a spoonful of honey, or a spoonful of honey diluted in hot water for the tickly cough. You can add lemon juice as well, but it is the honey that soothes the throat.

For the chesty cough fill a largish bowl with very very hot water. Put in a few drops of Tea Tree oil and some lemon oil (lemon juice will do, you just need more). Sit at the table with the bowl on it, place a large towel over your head and the bowl so you have your own mini head sauna and breath in the steam and oils. Initially when the water has just been boiled you may need to lift the towel every so often just to survive as it can be uncomfortable. Keep your head over the bowl with the towel preventing external air getting in for about 10 minutes or until the steam has gone. This cure is also very good for sinus pain and some headaches. It is also good for the skin on the face. Always stop or lift the edge of the towel if it is uncomfortable or you feel faint.

I hope these work for you. If you do not have tea tree oil still do it with just the hot water and lemon.
