This is another picture of all the digging that I did. The inside was much easier because the snow was softer than the outside, and I dug the inside a week or so ago, and that is why you still see snow on that path. I just dug the outside, and dug it all the way to the ground, and it has not snowed or blown since I shoved it.

Notice the wild look in Scooby's eyes. He and Rand are sparing with each other for fun. When Scooby jumps on me his front paws go right on the top of my shoulders! He is a big dog, and would be dangerous if he were mean, but he is a very loving doggie, and he just loves to be with you and get attention and petting, kind of like I do!

Lots of snow

Notice the high bank of snow that I shoveled here. At this point it was almost 9 p.m., and you can't even imagine how tired I was! The snow was drifted higher and heavier here, and I was telling myself, "Keep going David, you only have a little ways to go. You can do it!

Front of the House

Before our most recent storm I had all the snow cleaned away from the front door and off the cellar roof. Now you see it doesn't look like I shoveled any snow at all. The wind drifted it all back over and then some! The wind keeps the back door cleared, so I decided just to leave this one the way it is until I decide that I want it cleared away! I'm not lazy; I just don't like to work! No, I'm just kidding; I love to work, and I made myself feel good about all this digging telling myself how much longer I was going to live because I am exercising. Before I got that path shoveled away that thinking disappeared, and I just wished that the shoveling was finished, and not long after that it was!

What made my path digging so astronomical is that I had already dug these two cars and this trailer out of the snow as well as removing the snow from top of each one, and removing the snow off the top of that travel trailer! I was already very tired at 2 p.m. when I started digging that path, and finished at 9:30 p.m., and at that point I really felt super exhausted! I recovered though, and after my sore back and sore legs quit hurting, I'm sure I am now much stronger!!!!

Ice Sicles Hanging

You can see the ice sicles hanging off the house in this picture. They are kind of pretty actually!

Here is a close up of a few ice sicles taken from the inside the house. Notice all the frost that is on the ice sicles, and that makes them kind of pretty and spectacular!
