I think you may have hit the nail on the head with that comment.
Since February is the "Love" month, I have seen lots of posts on facebook from Filipinas about love.
Just the mention of Valentine's Day seems to send women into a frenzy.

Today being February 10th, it is only a few days to go until the BIG day, so I will take this opportunity to remind all of those with sweethearts (or wanna be sweethearts) to not forget it is time for action.

Actually, she and I are not sweethearts, but if I were ever to be in Negros Occidental, I would be honored to go on a date with such a lovely lady.
I think what she meant by her comment is that most of us are hoping that we can have a date with someone this month.
I am not even in the Philippines, and I'm unsure when I will get there...maybe someday later this year.
