I took the photo in 2010. I have to admit I am not 100% sure, it is one of two possible locations. I think it was taken outside a building the inside of which tells an old story. It was definitely taken in central Bacolod.

I have done some more research and I am now 100% sure of where the photograph was taken. When I returned to the same building in 2013 I was disappointed as the City was letting the building decay due to lack of funds. The 2nd floor was now closed to the public because of rain damage. Here is a photograph taken at the same spot a couple of minutes before the previous photograph. Do you now know which building I was standing in front of?

Hi Pinkstone. The photo is in Bacolod City, not far from the Capitol. The bus in the photo had brought a school party to the building.

let me guess again.. maybe that was in capitol lagoon? the building looks like is in the old museum. as far as i know its been renovated last year.
am i right chas? the other day the picture dont load but now its ok.
