Guess after guess after guess, and you finally end them with Biliran. Hmmm...seems like you ended in the right spot. The photo is the view of Almeria and Naval from Mt. Panamao in northern Biliran. Naval is the city on the left side of the photo, and is the capital of Biliran Province. I spent one week in Naval, and another week in Biliran City. Mt. Panamao is an active (but dormant) volcano.

Tinuy-an Falls in Surigao del Sur
wow oh wow so much wonderful place it is its says its like niagara falls. i was amaze with this beautiful place in Surigao even only in photo when i saw it. one of the best tourist spot here in philippines.
