What was your day like?

the hotness of weather can getting you a headache i just drink water by and by because i dont want to be in heat stroke. the weather here everyday changing now i heard the news that low pressure area again is approaching philippines, bad weather may came along, so lets just pray for it.

as usual we go out every rest day once a week. we went to a mall and buy some necessities that in our house. we bonding even once a week. i gave time for my daughter in my rest day. we just got home and both we watch a tv show that we like.

the other day June 12, 2014 we have a special day we celebrate our 116th independence day in philippines hooray to all Filipino's and to all heroes that died for our freedom. no work. two days spending time with my family. happy together.

My Day was not to good . My Best friend has lost all of her Toes on her feet . I know that Diabetes caused most of the Damage . I did make her Smile today and tomorrow I will try to get her some regular food from a Restaurant . She loves Taco's .

i feel sorry for your friend wayne. one of my friend mother has also diabetes really suffer for this kind of illness.but her family really supportive.
my day is so nice coz im done with my house chores now i can sleep well.

Slept late last night. Got up early this morning. It means i need nap sometime later. Got things line up for today and looks like it is going to be in low 90s temp. So I' m starting my day with jaderune lol and then coffee and news. I forgot should be prayer but i do jaderune first. Punish me! So make my day.

im sick for 2 days i got again my ulcer back... so much pain in my stomach uncomfortable in the way you feel. way back in my high school life i suffer this kind of ulcer when i often drink juices and softdrinks. im worried on the other day that my ulcer is back for 12years i thought it was gone. now i have to stop again drink juice and softdrinks . i feel very sad. Lesson it better yet to drink more water than softdrinks and juices.
