hello chas. its look familiar to me i know i already saw it but i couldn't remember where's the place of that statue. you can give us some hint where it is in the philippines please?

The statue is nearer to Bacolod than Manila. Definitely nearer to Bacolod than Dumaguete, possibly nearer than San Carlos, but I would need to look at a map to be certain of that one. The statue is not on the island of Negros. The statue is in a City.

The gentleman is not from the USA nor is he Filipino or Spanish
