Which is it?

Postby Smiley » Sun Apr 12, 2015 7:37 pm

Punctuation can change the entire meaning of a sentence.

For instance:

Woman without her man,is nothing.
or:
Woman,without her man is nothing.

What do you say?

I think woman, without her man will always be woman.but woman without her man will be nothing.sometime it change it meaning too bold to understand and only few can determine. When I first read this I laught but when I started to comment there the meaning goes.woman can be seperated from one word in the second sentence. So in the first sentence woman a a complete sentence and a subject.so without her man she is really nothing let say they are married buy in the second sentence woman is seperated with a punctuation mark means age can stand buy her self and it makes her a noun or a verb.I don't know if I get it what do you think smiley.

Smiley, this is how men write that. But for women, we write it this way,

How would you punctuate this sentence? "A woman without her man is nothing."
I saw this on a meme, according to it the results were quite interesting. Thought I would see the responses here.

A woman, without her man, is nothing.

A woman, without her, man is nothing.

But let me propose some alternatives.

A woman without. Her man is nothing.

A woman with. Out! Her man is nothing.

A woman without her ma.
N is nothing.

A woman? With? Out her!
Man, is nothing.
Nothing can separate us from the love of God

for me each one needs one and no one can live alone in this world. It is important to have inspiration and someone you can talk to and share moments. It is a dull moment life if there is no partner in life.
