What Did You Eat Today?

angel veges is good and i love it now so i wont get sick again
today i skipped breakfast again and my lunch is chicken adobo and veges soup for my son too. he loves it.

I have chicken in tomato sauce and at dinner i have this yummy vegetable with mushroom the egyptian serve here...im not on a diet but all of the peiple here do.i eat alot and theres chocolate i eat in the morning.there is also a beef serve in our plate and i love to eat this at last here i have a beef.

for a day sis lyrech you eat a lot its nice for your ulcer you have to eat every hour even only a one biscuit it can help your ulcer get rid.
for my lunch i eat chopysuey and rice and honey lemon juice im too much full for that meal.

i drink hot coffeeand hot (pandesal) bread, two hotdogs for my breakfast and for my lunch i had fried chicken and rice with soup. a while ago my dinner was pochero (pork with cabbage, banana, potato, bell pepper and chili.

i had coffee in morning and biscuit, my lunch was fried fish and veges soup i have to diet for fish and vegetables coz i had a bad headache since yesterday night i have to control my meal..

I had a beef today and i eat alot then the dessert was very delicious..every afternoon we have a stock food that was given to us because its ramadan.and i taste one of each kind..we have different dessert and alot more food than an ordinary day..but eating cant take the tired eyes i have.but atleast i eat plenty everyday.

Sis i wish i am with you so i could also taste the dessert . they looks so yummy in the pictures you upload in your fb. morning here i drink hot coffee and bread. Later i eat meaty spaghetti for lunch.

I woke up this morning with a cup of coffee beside my bed my mom serve me before i wake up so i could get up coz i couldnt want the coffee to be cold i know lots of us love coffee in the morning that is hot so am i. sometimes its ok to drink coffee before i eat something even i dont eat lunch just coffee lol . im so lucky to have mom like her.

I eat alot of fruits today..grapes apple melon and kiwi...its delicious to have them in breakfast and dinner..i still have some chicken and a beef...in the morning a friend cook a delicious spicy noodles soup with vegetables and not mention chocolate is always pressent here...i think im going to be fat eating many foods here in egypt ...
