Maybe in some public places here in Philippines though in private place at home you have to pay. Maybe it could possible to have free access internet in public if the government will pay the fast internet connection  , I think telecom would not be lose in some aspect they have prepaid load for call and text like before in 1980's communication only telephone and post mailing.

Internet connection is not good as far as their services is concerned. Many times we call the provider to make it fix because we do a lot of report andwe have daily report to submit. Sometimes, we make initiative on how to have acces on the internet. Good that there are different provider and we can choose the other if the one is not working. Sad to say, we pay our own bill for it. But that is okay, sometimes we make extra mile for our services.

There has been issues in the internet here lately. I have not been online since there was a problem of the internet connection. I feel sad that the payment is still the same even the internet connection is not good. Where is justice to that? Hope you will improve your services.

Hi crisi, you should go to the nearest center of your provider and report your internet connection problem or you can do call customer service hotline it can might help for your assessment you can avail rebate for it, due connection lose. Sometime i did that if something went wrong to my connection all i have to do is call it even how long ive waited to get the call of an agent.

That has been the routine. We call many times and promise to fix it that day. Sad to say that they are not true to their promises. They said, they will give priority since we are doing a lot of report everyday. Not only that, it is just so distressful that you need to use your own money to pay the broadband just to have access to the internet. But that is a must and a sacrifice.

That was terrible crisi its better to go to their office and this time it will take action for it, if the report call is not working you better do that. Sometimes the provider agent report it but the repair team wont receive any complain they will not take action, i know it coz i have a friend that works in broadband repair, they said that if many complains they will give the priority to the first who make complains.
