Today I worked pretty late.When I got home I cooked up some spicy pork sausages and potatoes and had a nice kale Caesar salad. Worked out pretty good.

Just want to shift to healthy diet more fruits and less meat my goal for the week and get rid of soda too. Hope it will continue next week diet :D

Normally today we have a lot of food, during Ramadan Muslim prepare a lot of food for the people they are giving food for everyone, and take not there is a lot of meat during this day.. That's why I really love Ramadan. :D :D :D

I made a very delicious pancit Canton today and I also eat mango cake and water melon.. This food makes me very full today and not to mention we got meat today too.. Every Ramadan meat is always present. ..and I'm loving it.

The summer season is beginning here, and there are a lot of fresh fruits in the markets that aren't available in other months of the year. Lots of fresh peaches, plums, apricots, cantaloupes and watermelons. The melons here seem to be much sweeter that those I have eaten in the Philippines. Maybe I'll find some equal to or better when I live there full time.

In egypt during summer they have a lot of grapes watermelons nd cantaloupes, water melon here is different from what we have in bacolod, will all fruits are not perfect but if you know how to chose you will get the best fruits if you buy one..today i am eating grapes we just pick this outside and its not that sweet..

Just have a healthy diet from now on i stack some fresh fruit apple and orange every meal i add an apple or orange, i keep in mind have more fruits and try to lessen rice and soda. i hope i would not tempted to eat chocolates and drink softdrinks :)

I lost appetite, lately. I have had fever off and on. I try to drink more water or liquid and not so much with solids. Maybe, it is because I am affected emotionally and that is why it affects me physically. When something is wrong especially in the family, like needs help, sometimes, I feel the burden and the pain in my heart. And in that way, by God's grace, I try to show compassion and help. However, when the burden is so heavy I got sick and sometimes I need to get out of it. So, the thing that I need to do is to divert my thinking about it and read inspiring words.

That's good sissy crisi i salute you, me i don't have time to read when im home after work just eat a little and sleep, sometimes its hard when your body really needed to rest you don't think what you gonna do, just when im in bed i couldn't remember what time i got to sleep because of tiredness. Hope you inspire others of what you doing. ;)
