Maybe I have missed something, but why do you not look through the profiles and ask Michael for the contact details. It is free?
Do you intend to visit the Philippines to meet the lady first before she travels to Italy? I would suggest this is essential.
Are you prepared to pay the ladies air fare to Italy? Given the average wage in the Philippines you need to be prepared to do this.
It is not easy for a Filipina to get a Visa to most countries in Europe. Is Italy any different? I doubt it.
