Yes, that was quite a bit, but it didn't seem to be too much. Then I had one ham sandwich for lunch, lettuce too. For supper I had one bowl of wheat cereal, so yes, breakfast was my heaviest meal today. I usually have one bowl of oatmeal cooked for breakfast. Carol tries to give me a variety, but I would just as soon have cooked oatmeal every moring, but that is okay, as she tries to take good care of me.

I love those eat all you can eat buffets. I love the fish at them. I also love the vegetables and the fruits. We went with my wife's cousin once, and you cannot believe how much that guy can eat! I go light on the meats, and heavier foods, because I don't want to feel stuffed when I leave. We have a couple of China Buffets that we go to, one in Wenatchee, and the other in Cheney. My sister skips all her meals that day so she can eat more, and then she usually eats so much she gets sick, and I don't see the sense in that. I like to taste and enjoy, but I don't want to feel too full. Our daughter who lives in Cheney, actually near there tries to avoid them because she doesn't want to be tempted to eat too much, and then her husband likes to eat, and don't we all, but he has diabetes. He does eat at China Buffet and enjoys it though. He and I got pop cups and loaded up with ice cream. Carol gave me a chewing out for doing that, but it was sure good, maple nut ice cream. :o :o :o :o

This morning I had a bowl of mixed fruit (fruit cocktail) and 4 small bars made with mango fruit, made on Guimaras Island in the Philippines. Carol's brother brought them over, and are they ever good!!!! Yum, Yum!!!! Carol also brought me a tall glass of milk, but I will probably save it for the next meal, as we are only getting one gallon of milk every other day, and that is not enough for my milk consumption, but I am making do with it. I probably drink more milk than I need to anyway. I can drink a gallon milk every day if I have it. Did I say that I was born and raised on a farm?

I guess the food at those Casinos is really reasonable. I think they figure on giving the food away so they can get people in those places to gamble. We have a nephew who spends a lot of time at those Casinos. He was a very gifted pianist, but he had a stroke, now his right side, his speech, and his thinking is affected. His sister said he could still play better with one hand than she could with two. If I were close enough to that Casino I would go eat all you can eat seafood, or fish. I love seafood and fish. I'm not into the gambling, but I surely am into eating!!!!

This morning I had a bowl of wheat flakes with milk, and that is what I am having for supper also. For lunch I had two pieces of chicken legs, a baked potato, a huge pile of various types of green lettuce, some more of those mango bars that came from Guimaras Island, and a glass of milk. I walked my big dog, Scooby for 2 hours both last evening and this evening. He loves to go, the other dog loves it too, and it is good for me!
